Looks good to go. I checked the gov't copyright site (film should show if it had been timely renewed in 1978) as well as the less reliable Library of Congress, and nothing showing for this (1950) film. Tons of poems, songs, plays amd even one or two unrelated films, but nothing, not even music, with a currently-valid copyright regarding anything in this film.
Can't wait to see it

Stage Fright was removed because it was still under copyright. The film has a 1949 copyright notice and was properly renewed in 1977 so it doesn't show up on a copyright database search.
